The one-piece stamped and formed double-layered stainless steel case pays homage to the classic design language of the cream-coloured dial creating a vintage atmosphere, with the dial edges engraved with milestone minute and second scales with gold Arabic numerals and five-minute cabochon spikes for a more three-dimensional feel. The hour and minute hands are based on the baton design with a long pointed tip, a characteristic shape echoing that of the Ref. 1463 chronograph hands of the 1950s. At 6 o’clock on the dial are the moon phase display and the date divider. All the perpetual calendar markings are well and truly readable at a glance.
It is fitted with an imitation 324 S Q self-winding calibre, a refined version of the legendary 324 self-winding movement. The movement has bevelled bridges, polished edges, fishscale mainplate and Côtes de Genève bridges, gold-engraved bridges, polished and chamfered screw recesses, and polished drill holes.
The strap in chocolate brown leather further enhances the vintage look.
