The dial is made of polished ceramic and laser engraved with a ripple pattern. The skeletonised hands and embossed indexes are rhodium-plated and coated with SUPER-LumiNova luminescence.
The bezel, also in ceramic, is decorated with enamelled diving scales.
The movement is equipped with the ZF exclusive Co-Axial calibre 8800 with Côtes de Genève finishing, ceramic ball bearings, bi-directional self-winding system, silicon hairspring, non-calibrated balance with 15,000 gauss antimagnetic protection, and a power reserve of 60 hours.
Most importantly, the ZF is equipped with a third-generation Octopus Co-Axial Escapement (visible to the naked eye, the black balance wheel is the same as the genuine one, which is “swirled”. The black balance wheel is the same as the genuine “vortex type”, unlike other versions on the market.)
